I'd like to see what's happening with the downtube cable guides a little better.
...it's still up on CL. You can see better detail for these on one of the photos there.
I wonder why someone went ahead and pulled of the brakes, which will probably be tough to find ?
Also on the CL photos, you can nicely see the CP posts for the rear brake. I guess maybe it got stripped for a repaint, never accomplished, and the parts got lost in the yard sale.
