I use rollers. About 30-40 mins max. Tunes are required. Good tunes through loud speakers, ideally. No hands isn’t hard once you remember to keep pedaling. And ride in a straight line. It’s a good habit anyway and if you aren’t so great at it, rollers will teach you. I am still working on standing. That’s a lot trickier. And juggling is out of the question, whether I’m on rollers or not.
I just installed a tv in the exercise space, so we’ll see what happens when my eyes are focused elsewhere.
