Serial numbers are not always unique. Also, they do necessarily tell you the brand, as huge volumes of bicycles were contract manufacture by other companies other than the one on the head badge. You have 10 posts, so you should post a good set of pictures, It would also be helpful to know if the threading standard is English, French or Italian. Dropout brand? Any markings on the steering tube? Seat post size? All can help tp narrow down the year, level and nationality, if not the actual brand or manufacturer
