By "checked", do you mean a printed color pattern of alternating colored squares on the plastic sheath, or a fine molded waffle pattern on the plastic sheath?
Asking because I remember seeing original, old, vintage cable sheathing with the fine waffle pattern on it on old bikes (I think from the 50's and older).
I don't think Porkchop BMX would carry those.
