My father had a heart attack at 34, my older brother had one at 50. Father had a stroke at 50 that really messed him up and another heart attack shortly after that. Brother had a stroke at 52 that ruined his long term memory. Both very aggressive at work trying to make an extra dollar and both have done pretty well.

But they tell me that I act like a big kid wasting my time exercising and riding my bike. So yeah, I think it makes me younger according to them.

But yet, here I am almost 58 and people tell me they thought I was 45 and at any time, I can go ride a 60 mile ride like nothing and haven't had any physical ailments at all. They couldn't walk a mile without passing out.

I'm the rebel, the "younger" rebel!
