Those are both nice options. The Grand Cru is on my list, but I'm concerned about the shorter 300mm length. Probably don't need to be as it recommends about 23cm exposed where my measurement would leave 21cm exposed.
Then you are fine, you will have 2mm less seatpost exposed than the maximum recommended above the minimum insertion line.
