Fuji Track Elite has been tested. Though only in team training with aerobars. He had to put the saddle (Bontager Hilo) in extreme forward position and use 100mm stem and it was still a bit too long. So I guess 56 should be ok.
He said it was evident during start, that this frame is stiffer than chinese carbon frame he was using.
