Welcome, I'm in Herndon and am OFTEN riding through Reston on the W&OD.
Funny that as I read "
the w&od is one of the only trails where the users universally know what the ding ding of the bell means ", I'm immediately drawn to a moment yesterday when I was casually drifting around the Reston trail system and said "on your left" as I intended to pass on the left, and the gentleman (buried in his phone) who was FAR to the right already, slowed down and slowly MOVED to the LEFT!!!! :-) Oh bother. Anyway, a hearty welcome to candango We really should do a group (casual) ride for bikeforums users in Reston/Herndon area.
