A couple of additions since my previous post in this thread.

A Snel Expedition. It has some interesting quirks, and doesn't look bad for such a tall frame (65 cm). Built for loaded touring, it feels rather massive and truck-like in this guise. Currently back to bits, but definitely the frame to build back up with a full complement of racks when we decide to go on a carry-your-own trip. Which might actually be this summer, with COVID an' all.

One of my better finds was a small late seventies RIH for mrs non-fixie. I want to coax her towards the real classic racing machines, so an important step was to get her on a racing bike with drop bars. I thought this pretty little red thing could seduce her if I made it comfortable and easy to operate (hence the tall-ish stem, randonneur bars and the brifters).

It worked. Her only comment was "Not sure, I think I prefer downtube shifters". The bike has been her ride on quite a few trips since.
