I'm pretty sure Nishiki was part of Norco. Maybe try contacting them?
Is it a lugged steel frame? In all honesty I dont think you'd have much luck getting it replaced. On the plus side, if it's lugged, should be easily repairable.
How did jt break? You mind explaining or showing us a pic?
