Some of the lining is on tubes and some is on lugs. That was all I meant as I would figure it would be one one or the other(usually the tube at the lug junction. Im guessing the lug is lined when the lining color is used on the tube.

...not sure if any of that was clear or if its confusing rambling.

In the end, neat bike for how uncommon and nice it is.
