I've been away for a few months, battling health issues, but my doctor says I'm good to go now, so to 'celebrate' my return, I'll kick-off the March thread.
Goal for March is a modest 100 miles, with some being trainer miles and the rest outdoor miles.
March 01 = 4.53 miles (trainer - approx 22 minutes)
MTD = 4.53 miles of (hopefully) 100 miles.
EDIT: Upon review, it's been six months. Didn't think it had been that long. No wonder my legs feel like Jell-O after just 4+ miles. LOL
