Given my retro bars are 25.4 and most mounts fit 31.8, has anybody found a suitable mount?

I run the Garmin full time, if there is a mishap, it may prove your side of the story. Anyway, I have Garmin out front mounts, Sram and K Edge 31.8, the Garmin comes with inserts for 25.4 and I use clear tubing for the K Edge insert on 25.4. The O ring mount has also always worked just fine too on new to me bikes until I get a permanent one on them.
