That's a RuthWorks bag, right? Have been looking at bags lately and theirs look like they're well designed and made. couple questions:
Are there straps on the bottom to hold the bag on a rack?
Is there velcro or some other means to hold down the top flap when riding, other than the rather long elastic loop?
Do you think a decaleur would eliminate the need for side straps?
