metric-ugga-dugga spec is 8N-m, but you really should be holding a Carlsberg instead of a Bud Light, which I think is part of the American spec.
I think I've had a lot more Carlsberg than Bud light in my life.
Elephant isn't bad either and all the homeless guys seem to like it.
