Credit, for the lightness must also be given to the "wing nuts" which further reduces the bikes weight as it flies a inch or so from the ground...
Needless to say, I just jest about the weights but, in all honesty, I would like to purchase one of those magic scales that seem to be everywhere except my place...
I hear you. My 54 cm SL Team Champion with a ti rail saddle and tubulars is still over 21.
