With an unknown cassette, the next question is your current chain. It becomes a bit of a rabbit hole trying to find the exact cause.
Position 3 to 4 is 13t-14t, not sure if you can get to them to swap out a cog or two. Also how nice they will play if you did find them. And if it is wear, how much longer will the rest of the cogs run smoothly.
