You can pretty much identify the tubing, assuming it is Columbus, by two factors:
1) seat post diameter.
2) presence or absence five hecial ridges inside the bottom of the fork's steerer tube.

27.2mm post + helical ridges = Columbus SL

27.2mm post + no helical ridges = Columbus tretubi SL

26.8mm post + no helical ridges = Columbus Aelle

Frame seems a bit small to use SP (which uses 27.0mm seat post), rather than SL,
