Astute advice?

The CAPO is coming right along (thank you Amazon Prime!) I hope to be doing some final stuff in the next day or so and I am not a fan of the brake cable going over, or under, the top tube.

What cha think about drilling the top tube and snaking it through? It would be a ***** to snake but I run wires through boat towers so I am used to that level of frustration.

I have a hard time seeing this as a structural issue, and, yes, it may devalue the frame upon resale. At this point resale is of no concern, anyone chime in! Anyone who has done this take the lead.
