Replacing 10-year old tires is certainly sensible from a general perspective.
However, it’s not like riding 10-year old tires automatically qualifies as a suicidal activity.
For casual, occasional riding, I’d give them a thorough inspection and decide from there.
For frequent, dedicated riding, I’d probably replace them.
The tires are original. I have not ridden the bike in 10 years.
