It is not because of a speedmeter magnet or tie wrap, I don't have any of it. Could have been.

I oiled everywhere around both sides of the hub. I still have the problem. I think the noise come from inside the hub. Next thing I am gonna do is to open the hub and clean it all inside, put some new grease and add the bearings balls one by one over the grease. What's the best reasonable price grease do you suggest ? I can't afford "Muc Off". Do I really need a grease gun ? I will very rarely use it if so.

Something weird is that the rim seems to be a little bent when rolling on the bike but straight when rolling in my hands for test.

I thought the problem could be the quick release but I changed for a new one and it did not fix.
