Oh I filed a complaint but the “buyer” prevailed because I did not pay the extra $0.75 for delivery confirmation and the buyer saw the loophole & exploited it.
This was a few years ago & @ that time eBay had not made delivery confirmation mandatory. I was inexperienced & for some trusting (naive) reason I thought everything would be fine which it was not since the buyer was a rip off artist.
