Not too long ago in General, someone posted a Caddyshack video of Danny dismounting his small frame by swinging a leg over the bars. I've actually started to do this, especially after a long ride. Here's the scene at the 4:24 mark.

At my age, the hardest thing for me to do when riding is clearing the saddle when I want to get off of the bike. I will try the over the handlebar dismount. Looks to be easier that going through the pain and imbalance of over the saddle.
