the Fuji is significantly less than $550?
The fuji is quite well known it's been around in similar form for quite a while. I think it's a decent bike for the price, much like the Mercier TT, Bianchi Pista, and Raleigh Rush Hour. Search on all those bikes, and you will find a lot of discussion on entry priced track bikes.
