I was going to buy the small, but the advisor stated Ridley's run "HUGE" and steered me towards the XS. here is my research: Comparison to my road bike to give me a warm feeling of where I was looking . I thought if a little too small, better than a little too big when not on tarmac. so I went with a XS with the max spacers under the stem...fingers crossed.

I also used Bikeinsights. I’m 5’8” with 30” inseam and probably would’ve gone with an extra small as well. I’ve had bikes too big for me in the past and hated riding them. I owed it to myself to be honest and bought a size down and it makes such a difference in fit and resulting longer miles.
