My '04 required a new cog and rear wheel in the first 8 months. I've replaced the seat, bars, stem, and front wheel as well and am very happy with the ride. BB and cranks are next on my list probably this summer *mmmm new parts*
Well, I got mine July last year. I think I popped my first spoke back in october or november. Now it seems like I pop a spoke every week. The Surly cog helped out in the spoke replacing, since it's got holes drilled in it, and I've been able to thread the spokes through them. I changed the rear cog to the surly within a month of getting the bike. I ride on the street, hop up curbs, so I'm looking forward to building my new wheels. I can't wait to get a new BB and cranks as well.

Fuji's are measured from center to top, so keep that in mind with your sizing.

I've taken the bike on a few metric centuries and long rides, and once I changed out my saddle, things were great.
