Id be happy with 300 miles this month. I usually get about 80-100 miles per week.
8/1 7 miles of road mountain biking with one minor wipeout which is kinda dangerous given my recent repairs
8/3 30 miles on the road bike.
Should have another 30 tomorrow and a longer Sunday ride so I think that goal is pretty do-able.
ETA ..Year to date total is 834 miles ... My doc cleared me to ride on 5/2 and I went for a 20 miler that day : )
