Nope, not a fake sticker. The
LeTour Luxe model was indeed made with Columbus Tenax tubing -- double butted main tubes, chrome-moly stays, stainless steel dropout faces. Looks like original components, too, in good condition.
Posted as I'd never seen a Le Tour set up like this. I never knew they had any with Columbus either
