I completely believe you. Again, I'm just wondering in this day and age of manufacturers having national networks of authorized retailers or even company owned stores, combined with online ability to check store inventories, why there aren't easier paths to finding and having product shipped, if not to home, then to nearby other authorized retailers. Seems a bit arcane and antiquated of a system.
