Clearly needs a cleaning, doubt it's an 18 inch (46cm frame). Seller says it has 26 inch wheels and that both seller and previous rider
are about 6' tall. I suspect it's someone who bought to flip or was given it.

This classic Italian road bike has been very well loved. It is sold as is. The tires are flat but they have very little mileage on them. All the components work just fine. $300 OBO! Im not sure of the size but it fits me and the previous rider. Both of us are about 6' tall.
