Another important factor, is the OP's location, as Peugeot model designations and configurations could vary from country to country. In this case, the OP is from the UK. Pending the serial number information, a quick look through the UK catalogs brings up a Peugeot Guide F46, as the best match for frame style and overall configuration, though there are differences in components, notably the Huret versus Simplex shifting system.
