Yeah, I was kinda tempted too, but after Googling around I couldn't figure out whether it would be compatible with my existing Dura Ace 10-speed RD and cassette. For now I only have DA bar-end shifters, since those components came off a TT/tri-bike.
Campy 10 speed apparently pairs almost exactly with Shimano 8 speed spacing, so I would guess “no” to your 10 speed DA. But I am far from the local expert.
