Means it must be rebuilt completely - headset, wheel hubs, and bottom bracket before riding it. Even if it still rolls you can't trust the grease as dry bearings will eat the cups and hubs.

It has stem shifters, not downtube so not as popular a model though you can replace with STI (or brifters) when you rebuild.

Seller doesn't include a price which is often code for "i don't know what it's worth so you tell me what you'll pay".

I paid $50 for a Technium 440 last fall but that's just luck on the market. certainly I'd have trouble paying over $100 on this one you've posted
