It gets mixed reviews on-line, but it sounds like it might be convenient for removing rust from frames.
I've used it for some hard to reach spots on components and a frame and was happy with all of the results. Although the rust in these applications wasn't as bad as some of the ones I've used liquid for so mine is a difficult comparison.
Years on and I still get a smile using Evaporust on bikes.
