I'm very impressed with the Zipp 303s. I'm sure the other wheels on your list are great too, but I can confirm that the Zipp 303S felt like a massive upgrade over my stock alloy wheelset. They feel lighter than the scale suggests (1544g on my scale with tape, no valves). 28mm tubeless tires are a perfect combo with the 23mm I.D. for road. They also feel very light and fast with 33mm CX tires. I've been surprised at how much easier it is to set up tubeless tires on these wheels vs other rims I have.

The Zipp 303s rim is hookless and therefore require tubeless-ready tires that are approved for hookless rims. There are a lot of choices, so I wouldn't let that worry you. Yes, you can run these with tubes (per the other thread on this topic) but that somewhat defeats the purpose. If you are set on sticking with tubes, a hooked rim wheelset that allows you to run traditional clinchers makes more sense. If you are committed to tubeless, the Zipp 303S is hard to beat in this price range.

Zipp 303S + GP5000 S TR's make for a killer combo:
