Okay...I've decided I'll look for and get some of those Cinelli's or the Deda's. The ramp's not perfect, but the brake levers I'll be using will make up for that. Either Cane Creek SCR-5 or the SRAM S500's I have. And, I can tweak any of the camber a tad.

So, with the 80mm Technomic I have and either of the bars, that's around 165mm worth of the overall reach. My 55cm frame uses an 80mm stem and 95mm bar with the saddle set back a couple of cm's. I may not even need to use a zero offset post for the Schwinn, though.
