Also, I am curious about the tire size. What size are they and how do you find them if you were riding on gravel exactly like the ones shown in your photo. (ie. do they sink into such gravel, especially when loose ? )

it’s a smooth hound frame from 2008 (not foldable with caliper brake only) with a 2010 smooth hood fork (foldable with v brake mount)
tyres are 47-406 and i ride on gravel and mud 25/30mm deep) and its fine; i could overtake MTB on a gravel trail despite the extra load, a kid in the child seat.
Those kenda are similar to panaracer comet that comes with many gravel bike in 38-622.
If you want a more offroad tyre, schwalbe black jack will be better. My daughter comes with me on easy MTB trail on her 20” with them
