You need to look under the title of a surrey.

I googled it and there is a company called Beach Surrey Bikes.com. Surreys are popular rentals at beaches.

If there were ever an excellent application of e-assist, I would think it would be on a quad cycle. Beach Surrey Bikes does offer one and that would be something I would look for.

I’m not sure what other companies are out there.
