"capsule" in that spot, and 3 lugs would be chromed...but worth checking out for the price if if fits.
And if it's a typical Raysport it will have a huge "R" cut-out in the BB shell, hard to miss!
The oblong shaped cutout on the DS seat tube lug is present and clearly visible in this example, not stamped numbers as with Acer-Mex products.
