Well, I now go strictly by heat index.
And my limits are around 92-95f before I have to power back.
When thermal limits hit before cardio limits, you really have to be careful.

And the second you stop for a break and the induced wind disappears, the heat hits like a truck.
(why did I stop!!)

Sprinklers save me!
