frame sizing factors
1) does height of the individual really matter that much?
2) what other factors should one consider?
3) the range seems narrow...not as critical as a MTB sizing. is this true? so what is actually changing? the wheelbase?
i am 5'4" and was probably going to get a 20" frame...but what is so different than a 21" frame? would it hinder me in any way to have a 21"?
