Family came down with a wicked flu last week, luckily not COVID so I managed to only put a few hours in the saddle for a total of 70km. I did manage to set a new record for distance, 36km, and I'm confident that I would have been able to ride longer but it was getting late. I'm trying to put rides into the mornings but it seems like my youngest has decided that mornings are for her between 05:00 and 07:30 at least. Looks like I'll have to get used to riding in the dark for a while yet.
