The answer is yes but be sure you buy a tire that will fit your ISO 349 rim. At one time the 16" wheel on recumbent bikes was a lot more common but these days with fewer bikes and more trikes being made it has become harder to find. You can see all about rim sizes here https://www.sheldonbrown.com/rim-sizing.html. It is also true that fractional size tires such as 16 X 1+1/4 are not interchangeable with 16 X 1.25 (ISO 305). Found that out the hard way when I bought a tire at my local discount store. It was the right diameter in inches but would not mount on the rim.
