Sugino Tension Disc repair?
I was recently given a Sugino tension disc wheel on a Nisi AN85 tubular rim. Looking for any information on how to repair it and haven't found anything online. As pictured, someone removed the small screws that are threaded into bolts on the inside face of the aluminium plates. Any way to open these up to access the inside face of the plates? Thanks!
