Thanks for the link cxwrench - I think the B-screw is only pertinent to the RD - but yes 2mm Allen for hi & lo as well as for achieving the Shimano suggested cable tension by aligning the two grey lines and the 4mm to anchor the cable - there is a 5mm Allen also used for the stablizing screw .
