What size frame would you guess? I think its a P-13. Was listed on Offer-Up for absurdly low price. I was too slow to respond. Any Chicago area forum members get this one?
If you look back at the old catalogs, I think there was a time when frame sizing changed. I am sure I had a 26" frame at one time. 19/21/23/25 is the modern standard, but some frames came in with 24 and 26 inch
