...Tommaso was an importer of contract built frames, that were painted in the US, and sold at a more competitive price than the bigger name Italian builders. I don't know about yours, because Rolf wheels are a little later than my preferred time frame. The one I have here was built by Billato, is probably older than yours, and I bought it for about $700, some years back. I think maybe the company was headquartered in Colorado or thereabouts. You'd need to post photos to get any real solid opinions. Even then, it's a gamble.
