I use the GUB motorcycle phone mount. They are on Amazon or maybe eBay. I use them on and off road. On my road, gravel, mountain and fat bikes. And on the tandem too.
I'm also using a Motorola G-Power 2021 phone which has run for 7 hours without running out of battery.
