Very ironic photo for sure. Agree totally with local emphasis.

My favorite shop actually started as a distributor/roaster to businesses (I knew the owner from the days our boys played sports) to become a really large distributor/roaster with a really nice coffee shop which looks out to the production facility. Like seeing the kitchen in a nice restaurant. You can smell the beans roasting for miles away. Sometimes the smell draws me in when riding. I may eventually get a photo but was there today and their name is not in a place I can get the bike in front of it .

Parks Coffee on Carrollton Texas. Recommend it highly. Plus it’s by a bike trail.
