Still working on my theft recovery minivelo project. Labor day sales brought the cheapest good tires ($10/pc) to finish the running gear. The hubs are shimano rm30 procured from ebay for $4 and $8 respectively and the rims were a discount cart filler from CRC at $11/pc. I rehung all the (still dirty) original parts, save a cassette and rotors. Once it's ridable, I'll start with the "Fred" accessories. It's getting a headtube mounted basket and some sort of rear rack. And fenders. Maybe recycled campaign sign corroplast ones to really ramp up the uglyness. and then it'll probably be stolen again because Tacoma
